Soledad consists of 118 acres of mainland behind the coastal peninsula and bay. This property would comprise of homes and residential tower condominiums. Half of the homes would be on the 9 hole golf course. The other half of homes would be on canals which would have direct ocean access for yachts through the bay and inlet. The tower condominiums would overlook the countryside, rivers, bay, and the Pacific Ocean coastline.
The new coastal highway is now finished. Drive time to Soledad is one hour. This is one of the last parcels of undeveloped land on the coastline closest to the Capital of Managua and the international airport.
Nicaragua is now considered the one of the safest countrys in Central America. For more information on this property contact Jeffrey M. McDevitt at jm@cabosoledad.com. |
