Tourism, Managua
The first thing you notice is the sea salt air.  Then you hear the sound of the crashing waves.   Your senses tell you to go to the river.  You overlook the fresh water of the bay comingling with the warm waters of the ocean at the inlet.  Then you see the ebb and flow of the picturesque surf and the changing tides.  Now you have arrived at Mar Soledad .  This land on the water consists of 169.649 acres (97.465 Manzanas) fronting 3 rivers a bay and the Pacific Ocean.

This land is ideal for a yachting community and marina.  A one of it's kind in Nicaragua.  A series of canals could be built for home site lots.  People would walk out back to their yacht then stop at the marina.  Then out the inlet into the ocean for a day of boating or deep sea sport fishing.  Also perfect for kayaking, sailing and surfing.  Tower condo-hotels could also be built with ocean views.  All this land for only ($ Inquire) per sqare meter including the water.

The new coastal highway is coming soon.  Drive time to
Mar Soledad is only one and a half hours. This is one of the last
parcels of virgin land on the coastline closest to the
Capital of Managua and the International Airport.

Nicaragua is now considered one of the safest country's
in Central America.   If you are interested in purchasing this
